2. Click on "Apply Now" or go to https://amis.mvttc.ac.tz/auth/application
3. Create an account:
   • Select your program
   • Enter Form Four Index Number (e.g., S0000/0000/Year of completed)
   • Create a secure password Example: John@2023@$%
4. Login using your Index Number and password
5. Update your profile and submit to get a control number
6. Make the payment using the provided control number
7. Upload the pay slip following by All academic certificates and Birth Certificate at https://amis.mvttc.ac.tz/
8. Join and attach documents in a single PDF:
   • Form Four Certificate
   • Form Six / NVA Level III / NTA Certificates (if applicable)
   • Birth Certificate
9. Select the program
10. Submit your application
